Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

- Rural & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected products and eligible locations.
Payment options at delivery may include cash, UPI, or card, depending on courier availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, unavailability, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to us.

Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery period or remains undelivered for more than 10 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team with your Order ID.
